Sweetwater Band & Orchestra exists to serve musicians at every stage of their journey, and we understand the importance of having the right method books to enrich the beginner’s learning experience and the right sheet music to challenge and inspire even the most advanced performers. With this in mind, we’ve amassed a great selection of books and sheet music for players at all levels. We have access to many different publishers’ catalogs as well, so if you can’t find what you are looking for in stock, then we can easily order whatever you need.

Beginning Band Methods

We carry all the most popular beginning method books, such as Essential Elements for Band; Essential Elements for Strings; Tradition of Excellence; Sound Innovations; and String Basics. Don’t know what book your child needs? Don’t worry! We know what each band and orchestra teacher in Northeastern Indiana recommends.

Etude and Technique Books

We work with all our private lesson teachers to make sure that we stock the books they recommend for their students — such as Arban’s Conservatory Method for Trumpet; Rose Clarinet Etudes; Rubank; Suzuki and many more.
